USER AGREEMENT

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 31, 2026 · Version 2.0

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Greenworld.farm ("Platform"), connecting a Web3 wallet, or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Nature of Platform & Fractional Agriculture

Greenworld provides a digital marketplace facilitating fractional investment into real-world agricultural operations (livestock, crops, specialty food, and farming machinery). Each digital unit represents a contractual claim on the biological growth and commercial wholesale harvest proceeds of designated farm assets managed by vetted farmers in partner jurisdictions (UK, NL, IS, AU, US).

3. Payout Horizons & Yield Settlement

Agricultural cycles operate on designated maturity horizons (e.g. 90, 120, 180, or 360 days). Returns and initial principal are automatically settled upon harvest maturity date arrival into the user's available account balance. Withdrawals can be executed in supported cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH) subject to standard network gas fees and security confirmations.

4. User Obligations & Eligibility

You warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that your participation complies with local laws regarding digital assets and fractional contractual claims. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and login credentials.

5. Platform Fees

Greenworld charges a 2.5% protocol revenue fee and routes a 0.5% allocation to the Sovereign Reserve Pool. 97.0% of all invested capital is disbursed directly to farmers for procurement and operations. All stated APYs on marketplace listings are net of platform fees.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial arbitration standards. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved via binding digital arbitration.
